It is listed as parts only because of the very beat up condition and the missing rotary knob. The metal that the rotary knob attaches to still works fine to scroll around and select options. Terminator included since it's there. The material you may see in the pins is dielectric grease that was used when it was installed. This does not include mounting ring either so would need to be mounted using something like silicone.
