I observed the following while testing this unit, the green light flashes once per second, you can hear a snapping noise that coincides with the green light flashing. I connected my multimeter to the leads, and it shows voltage fluctuation coinciding with the green light flashing. That’s about all the tests I can run without physically grabbing the leads to see just how bad it hurts. See pictures for details. As always, thanks for looking.
