When you replace a battery in a GBA game, features that utilize the battery will resume, but the in game clock (RTC) will reset to 0. This can be an issue in certain scenarios where the game checks the play time against the in game clock (RTC), like when trying to distribute Jirachi from the Pokemon Colosseum Bonus Disk to Ruby or Sapphire. Synchronizing the RTC usually requires you to reset and save the game after replacing a battery, but we are able to do it via a custom tool.
