The case has brand new Raxxess 4U #10-32 rack rails I just purchased on Ebay in the front with new screws / washers and #10-32 clip nuts in the rear ready for power supplies or support / auxiliary rack shelving. The latches for the outside covers have some wear and patina but no rust and close tightly. If you are serious about protecting your most prized rack gear and value having the extra breathing space to prevent overheating then this is the one you need!
