The marks are rubbed but it is highly decorated in the style of Thomas Whipham and Charles Wright. The W and CW are clear. The decoration is very elaborate with scrolls, cartouches and flowers. It weighs 3 Troy ounces, measures 7cm high and 10 across the top. I have not attempted to clean it as l am aware that serious collectors prefer this.
