The adaptor is comprised of two sections, the basic section (smaller section shown in picture above) is designed for use with SLR cameras via camera specific T2 mount for direct (prime focus) photography. When used with the tube it can accept a wide range of 1.25" eyepieces and eyepiece smaller than 37mm in diameter.The extending tube section slides to achieve variable magnification on projection photography.
