This reliable and uniform everyday heating is simple to operate with a single dial to control the heater. To operate, turn the dial to maximum till boiling is achieved then drop the dial back to the minimum setting required to maintain the boil. This water bath is designed specifically for applications where boiling 100°C water is desired. The dial controls the energy regulator and is not specifically a thermostat. The stainless interior for this Grant water bath has a volume of 14 liters and features a fitted drain tap for easy emptying. The gabled stainless lid helps retain temperature and helps channels away liquid from dripping back onto the samples. Inside a perforated tray keeps samples away from the heating element as well as allows for circulation around the chosen vessel.
