OLD VINYL RECORDS UPCYCLED INTO STUNNING GIFTS Each clock is painstakingly made by hand and is signed and numbered by me. Firstly a 12 in record is taken and given a primer layer, next a background is sprayed onto the surface of the record. This background could be anything from a basic colour block to a detailed skyscape depending upon the subject matter. Next a stencil design is cut by hand on to acetate. From here it will be used to provide the basis for the final design.Some images are more complex and are built up using several layers of stencil to achieve the final picture once complete the clock is left to dry before it is revisited for any touch-ups and fine details are added with a brush using acrylic paint.Once dry, the artwork is sealed with lacquer Finally the electronic clock piece is fitted securely and checked to ensure it works correctly. These are unique items and only a number of each design will ever be made.Please note that each reproduction piece is an individual work of art and are NOT mass produced , each piece is numbered and signed by me .An ideal present for any occasion,if you would like the piece signed specially for some ones birthday etc please let me know and i can dedicate it for you personally .
