Beautiful vintage sewing basket, hand painted with white and pink flowers on a blue background. The basket has gold painted accents. A pink Peking glass ring is attached to the top of the basket along with 2 silk tassels held by an elaborate Chinese knot.. The basket is in good shape with no holes but the paint shows wear as well as the 2 silk tassels which have faded and lost threads with time. Please look at the photos to complete the description. The basket measures approximately 10" in diameter with a 9" opening. A beautiful piece.
