The condition of the Engine looks New to me no fuel stains, discolorations of the metal surfaces etc. & the top of the Dual Ringed High Compression Pop Up Piston is shiny. The Engine has Excellent Compression & possibly has been started/tested at the Factory but other than that your guess is as good as mine. I am not the original purchaser & history/use etc. is unknown to me for this engine so please view the pictures carefully for exact condition. This is a very nice example of a clean original vintage model engine & would be a great choice for a Collectors Display or CL/FF Pilot with a project. I will Guarantee this Engine to run & operate as it should with the correct Fuel Mixture.
