Voltmeter is in overall Fair - Good physical condition. There is a hole on the left side of the display cover that appears to be from melting as well as numerous surface cracks extending outward from the screw at bottom center making parts of the gauge difficult to see. Beyond that there are just generally light to moderate chips, scratches, marks, dust/dirt, etc. typical of age, use/handling, storage, etc.. There are no notable damages/defects that I see in the probes or their wires and the knob is tight and turns smoothly. As to working condition I am unsure. I touched the probes to the ends of a "AA" battery and the needle moved slightly but not at all to the 1.5 volts it should have indicated so I'm unsure if that means it isn't functioning properly or if its a calibration issue.
