The regulator is designed to meet the strict CE standard for cold-water performance, and its environmentally sealed first stage ensures the delicate internal parts remain protected from contaminants like salt, sand, and chlorine. The DC7 First Stage Regulator features a secondary diaphragm that completely seals the main spring cavity, providing excellent resistance to freezing or corrosion in icy or contaminated waters. Crafted from marine-grade brass with a black anodized finish, the first stage offers four low-pressure (LP) and two high-pressure (HP) ports for optimal hose routing in both back-mount and side-mount configurations. Nitrox compatible up to 40%, this regulator requires less maintenance than models that expose internal mechanisms to contaminants.
