I pressed the reset button several times and the result might vary by a few Hz, for example 2.637 KHz. That is all the testing I have done and am selling this as-is. The instruction manual is for the 5300B Measuring System; it does not include the 5304A Timer/Counter. No power cord or cables are included. $16.00 for USPS Ground.
