Check the listing for details. Hungary 100 Forint, 1989, P-171h, UNC. Listed at 49.99 USD. The Hungary 100 Forint Banknote is part of the 1989 issues of the Hungarian National Bank. It has hints of reddish-brown, blue, and orange colors and bears Hungarian text. Its obverse features the new Soviet Coat of arms. It also depicts a portrait of statesman Lajos Kossuth. The reverse of the paper bill displays three horses pulling a farm cart with two riders from the painting by Lotz Karoly “Escape from the Storm”. The banknote does not contain a security thread and watermark, however, it carries the signatures of Imre Tarafas, Ferenc Bartha, and Laszlo Body. It is 166 x 72 mm in size and is in uncirculated condition.
