This came along with some other ham/cb/and other electronics I picked up recently. I do not know the history of this item. Dirty overall and has lots of marks and scratches. I plugged it into the power supply and it turned on. I do not have an antenna with the proper connection to test. It scans through all the channels and the speaker emits noise. Knobs and buttons all seem to work properly. Untested and sold as-is for parts or repair. Ships fast.
