I believe the K is +/ 10% but of 5 random samples, they all tested within 3.5% on My Phillips RLC tester. I tested one for leakage on my Sencore tester at full voltage with 0 uA leakage (for capacitance the Phillips is more accurate - those were a more expensive unit, but the Sencore can go up to 600v, user settable).
