I am going to say silverplate because I do not see marking on it other than The sticker on bottom. It is tarnished and I have not tried cleaning it because I am not a silver expert and dont want to damage it. It does have some scratches as well probably from normal use. it is approx 9" to the tallest pint at the lip. Bottom base is approx 4.5"
