Any residual water you see in the pictures is from me testing to make sure it was functioning as it should. No coffee has used in this unit. If you are not familiar with this model, it features a pod storage bin shown in use in the stock last picture. I am including a copy of the 6-page "Use & Care Guide" in a 3-hole clear-front report cover. I am showing the temperature of the water a few minutes after it was dispensed into the mug. The time lag was setting up for the picture. It was a tiny bit cooler than when first dispensed. I used a few thermometers to get a more balanced idea of the actual temperature due to variance in the different thermometers. It was about 180*F immediately upon dispensing. I didn't see anywhere in the guide where it stated what it is supposed to be. From my experience working on commercial Bunn machines, which heat their water to around 200*F, 180 in this residential machine is very good. The cord stows in the back of the unit for long-term non-use, storage and transporting it.
