A classic hi frequency hiss filter / remover with some smarts - hence DYNAMIC. Reduces noise without destroying high frequency content of audio. Goes in the audio chain between whatever you want to remove hiss or hi frequency noise from (historically a tape deck unit, but can be from any audio source) and your amplifier. Cutoff frequency fully adjustable. Not a museum piece but a decent working example.
