The camera is really clean for its age but needs professional cleaning. Case not included but the metal screw holder is included. The front lense opening mechanism works perfectly. The buttons and manual film lever all seem to work without issue. There are some slight scuffs on the outside and some light outer stains (see pics) and what looks like displacement of some cloth around the lens (see pic with yellow circle).
