Check the listing for details. "La Catrina" Cloth Doll Pattern by Arley Berryhill. Condition: New. Listed at 15.00 USD. *NEW* This is a paper pattern for "La Catrina" by Arley Berryhill. It is not a finished item. You are NOT purchasing the doll pictured. This is a DIY (Do It Yourself) project. It is a pattern that will instruct you how to make your own "La Catrina" doll. "La Catrina" is the iconic symbol for the Mexican holiday Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead). She is an 18 inch tall all fabric "stump" doll (no legs), that is glued to a wooden base. She is designed in the style of a traditional Calaveras (skeleton figure). This pattern has complete instructions (with illustrations) for making the entire doll, including how to make the fabric skull & skeleton hands by "needle-sculpting" with thread. Also included are instructions for the hat and all accessories. Recommend fabric for head & hands: Deer Suede or Craft Velour Skill level: Intermediate**All patterns sold in my store are sold with the written permission and consent of the designer. FYI: Some U.S. Postal Service mail will now take even longer to be delivered – and cost you more. Starting Oct. 1, the USPS is implementing new service standards for its first-class mail and periodicals, which will increase the delivery time for mail traveling long distances by one or two days.
