Check the listing for details. Large, Heavy 0.800 Silver German Napkin Ring by Wilhelm Binder. Listed at 125.00 USD. This is a rather substantial napkin ring made by the Wilhelm Binder Company. They are located to the east of Stuttgart in Schwäbisch-Gmünd. The company has been in business since 1869. The ring is 2 1/8" across, and 1 1/2" across the band. It weighs 54+ grams, or approximately 1,75 ozt. of 0.800 silver. The border depicts various fruit (I think). The monogram is a very nice "CM". I feel this originates from the late 19th Century. This was one of the napkin rings we purchased at a market in Paris, France in October 2001. Please contact us if you have any questions.
