A laser cut, N scale, Grist Mill style building who's design was greatly influenced by the real Stony Brook Mill located in Brewster Massachusetts. The kit is made up of over 126 pieces and the actual building has a footprint of 2.5" wide, 1.75" deep and 2.25" high. There is an additional space requirement of about 1" for the water wheel making the overall width about 3.5 ". This mill can be constructed mirror reverse which allows you to put the water wheel on either side of the building thus creating more layout opportunities for your placement on existing creeks and rivers.
