It is new and does come as shown in pictures. It measures roughly 65" x 42 1/2" overall, measured at the longest and widest points. There are two seams that run down so if you wanted straight edge pieces out of it you could get 3 pieces that measure roughly 9" x 19", 24" x 23", and 18" x 30".
