Our technicians have thoroughly tested each unit and found them to be in good working order. In addition, the techs installed new pickup and feed rollers to ensure trouble free printing. We DO NOT HAVE TONER to ship with this printer! After testing each unit will be wiped down, poly bagged, foam packed in a heavy corrugated carton. It will ship with a power cord. We do not have the owner’s manual nor the drivers on CD. Drivers can be downloaded from the Lexmark website. We have our own printer technicians on staff to assist you before and after the sale!
