This is an HP desktop computer which I bought in 2017 and converted into a headless Linux development server. You can easily install any other operating system using a USB boot stick. If you want a cheap, lightweight graphical user interface, you can install the Gnome graphical user interface for Linux, which was free when i last looked into it. I own four of these because they were a network of development servers for a project. If you want to buy more than one, just buy one and then message me and I will set it up so that you can buy more. This is intended for someone who has at least basic software engineering skills, because the current operating system is headless and would need an update if you want to use it as a development server. If you want to use it as a desktop computer with a graphical user interface, you would need to have the technical skills required to install a new operating system on it. And you would probably want to install a lightweight Linux graphical interface on it that does not require a lot of system resources.
