What happened to me was at the top of the screw where you can put in mineral oil, the mineral oil leaked out. It’s not bled but I fixed the screw so you can bleed it and it will work just fine. I also believe the brake pads weren’t really even used. The only thing that probably has a problem is that u might need a small screw on a circle thing where you can adjust the brake with a black cap and you need a tiny half circle thing at the bottom of the brake for the brake lever. So if you want the brake to work well you might need to do 3 things to make the brake work really well. Let me know if you have any other questions.
