There are 3 different ICs in each lot, two from Hitachi, one from Allegro. These were harvested from vintage hard drives. They are probably obsolete ( no longer in production). I found a spec online for at least one of these. Most drives had crashed platters, so these components are likely okay. Sold as-is because I can’t test these. No returns or refunds.
