I inherited this over 20 years ago for my mother. I don’t know where she procured it but it has had the incredible patina of well-worn travel that it still bears. You could choose to restore it or keep it as is. My research indicates that the trunk is from the early to mid 1920s it may have been used for hats, I’m not certain. Louis Vuitton is stamped and embossed throughout, notably on the internal sticker, exterior, and hardware. The real deal.
