Most keys works fine, but one of the white key is not producing sound and there are two key which do produce sound but you have to press them a bit harder than normal. I also noticed some damage to one of the casing corners where one key got cracked and the casing is a bit open on that corner, see pictures. I took a look at the function buttons and they appear to be working. I did notice one button that is not depressing on its own once pressed and one missing knob cover. Serial # 7120136J311422.
