Mailbox Maide is a mechanical indicator that attaches to the outside of your mailbox that visually alerts you when you have received mail. No batteries or electronics needed. This unit is made in Troy, Ohio USA. It will fit most mail boxes providing the ball touches the face of the mailbox door, when your mailbox door is opened, it pushes the ball and spring out of its latch and sticks up higher than the box. To reset, place the spring back in the latch with the ball touching the door. It is attached to your mail box using 3M industrial double sided tape, However, in colder winter weather I highly recommend using the optional screw (included) along with the tape for attachment, this does require drilling a small hole in the box for the screw. Included is the Mailbox Maide, instructions, sandpaper, a small optional attachment screw, and an alcohol wipe.
