Listed at 46.78 USD. 18H110 up for sale is a speciality tool holder flange mount type with run out adjusting screws on the base , 4 small cap screw holes to mount this to the machine spindle face , these holes are 0.213 through and have a counter bore of 0.345 , the flange these are in has 4 leveling adjusting set screws this flange measures 2.367 OD x 0.524 thick then behind this flange there is a pilot that measures 1.117 with 4 flats for set screw areas for adjustment too, this is made for high precision reaming and hole making in a machine shop, the tool is shrunk fit by induction heat into the holder can be removed if you have the heating unit to do this , the extension at the front is 1.228 od x 1.441 long from the flange to where the tool installs , the tool appears to have a 3/4 diameter shank the tool that is in here is some type of reamer or port cutter this is solid carbide with two flutes with diamond tips in the tool see photos ,Note this tool on most of the holders we have is not good to use as it sits, many have chipped off ends and damage see the last photos this show the general condition of the tools , this still has a lot of carbide to work with because this tool could be re ground into another tool , this tool has a OD of 0.848 the drops down to 3/8 near the end this tool has holes in it for cooling through the tool applications attached is a hand sketch of the tool profile so you can decide it this tool might work as it sits or be reworked to use on your exact application , this can be removed and reground into a new tool ( note we have multiple units and some of the actual cutters have some chipping and damage from use and bulk storage ,this comes as shown in the photos ,
