It is gloss blue steel. It has a crosshair reticle and 3/4" tube. This would look great on your vintage rifle. Condition is excellent, couple tiny marks. Optics are clear. Everything works perfectly. Scope comes with original rimfire 3/4" rings (fit regular 22 rimfire grooves) and original rubber eyepiece..
