Light Base The Light Base contains an array of 10 super bright LEDs with 13 colors: red, green, blue, orange, amber, spring green, light turquoise, deep turquoise, sky blue, purple, magenta, pink, and cool white. Dimensions: 2.8 inches diameter, 0.9 inch height, 3.5 oz weight. The Light Base is submersible in liquid to 1 meter (3.28 ft). It is waterproof and wireless, thus perfect for lighting up vases, bowls, or any water filled containers. IR Remote The IR Remote works in clear line of sight with a range of about 9 meters (30 ft) and it can control multiple Light Bases within range. Open the Light Base by twisting the two halves in the direction indicated on the bottom, remove and unwrap the battery bundle, and install the batteries with the correct polarity. When Light Base batteries run low, not all colors may work, and Light Base may not respond to all buttons on the remote control. When re-closing the Light Base, it is recommended to tighten the threads to 4 or 5 bumps past where the plastic edge makes contact with the rubber gasket. Over tightening may make it too difficult to open next time, or may damage the gasket or the threads. Under-tightening may result in leaks as the gasket gets less elastic with age and exposure to water and air and temperature changes. It is recommended to tighten the Light Base to the same tightness each time for a good seal.
