Check the listing for details. NARDA/MITEQ MPAT-3642/30 30dB 3.6-4.2 GHz voltage variable attenuator tested. Condition: Used. Listed at 45.00 USD. exact item shown, MITEQ MPAT-3642/30 pin diode attenuator. the last three photos show the catalog pages for these attenuators, this is a custom one that lies between two values in the catalog. If I read the catalog right, this one would be MPAT-03600420-30 using their new nomenclature. My analyzer goes to 3 GHz so I can't test this in it's specified range but you can see from the traces that it is in fact producing 0-30dB attenuation across a rather broad band. the notch in reflections at 2.5 GHz makes sense if the device is supposed to start working at 3.6. The curves show the applied voltage followed by the trace that goes with that voltage - the first one (with no preceding voltage image) is for 0V applied. Only the right side voltage reading matters, the otehr supply is not used in this test. you can see that the attenuator is working - even well outside the specified frequency range, the linearity of the response is less outside the range but is getting better as it pushes closer. I ran the voltage up to 24V, the spec says that 30 dB is achieved at 20V, which seems about right. Note to me: top gray drawerI normally ship within 24 hours of your order, but the post office does not always initiate tracking when I put the packages in the drop off box. Check out my other items!
