This is an interesting, larger, heavier, unique shaped Fit Check Tile with two signatures. I'm unable to read the signatures, but there are several tiles I have found before where the tiles were signed. I assume they were the people who worked on the Challanger and most likely put this part on and removed the tile. This tile is stamped with VO70-191003-259, XLWNG-09-07-0094, PI OML OV-099 ONLY, TS B-744, 1-85. Back of tile has written in black marker191003. The tile measures 8 2/16" x 7" x 3 3/16", weighs 13 oz. Tile XLWNG is located on the underside of the Space Shuttle, specifically on the port wing.
