This uncirculated 100 Nepalese rupee banknote is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Nepal Rastra Bank between 1990 and 1995 that bears the signature of Hari Shankar Tripathi. It is a green and lilac note that measures 146 mm x 70 mm. Its obverse side depicts the idol of Tara, Mount Nuptse, Mount Everest, Mount Lhotse, and a portrait of King Birendra. Its reverse side depicts a one-horned rhinoceros in a grassy plain with the bank logo and the national coat of arms. Security features include a 1.2-mm wide windowed security thread with demetalized NRB and a plumed crown watermark.
