It comes in a combination of green, light blue, and brown. The obverse features King Birendra in royal dress and a plumed crown. To the center is the temple of Bajrayogini at Sankhu. It also depicts the obverse of a coin and a statue of goddess Laxmi. The reverse of the banknote displays a spotted leopard in tall grass, the bank logo, and the coat of arms of Nepal. The paper bill contains a solid security thread and a watermark that reveals a plumed crown. It is 114 x 70 mm in size and is in uncirculated condition.
