The obverse features King Gyanendra wearing a royal dress and a plumed crown. It also shows the temple of Taleju in Kathmandu and the obverse of a coin. The reverse depicts the bank logo, two yaks grazing, the coat of arms of Nepal, and Mount Everest. The note contains a solid security thread and a watermark that reveals King Gyanendra.
