I tryed returning the water heater but unfortunately they do not take returns, I was bummed out. This does not fit my RV. This is ment for a water heater that measures 15x15. Mine is a 18x18, I tryed to explain to the website and I also explained I'll pay for the difference. It was writing on there policy. So it being said brand new, open box, never installed. I paid over $650 plus shipping I'll letting it go for $600 my lose is your gain. Very disappointed I didn't read the fine print.
