Transfer Case Solutions brings you a beautiful rear torque mount DIY bracketry. This is a weld together kit in any position you'd like. Fits GM, Dodge, Ford NP205. Due to bolt pattern being specific, Transfer Case Solutions has made it easier to line up the plate the first time, every time, with an indicator tab. Just like on the factory 8 bolt plate. The 8 bolt plate is CNC Plasma cut out of 1/4 inch thick steel. The tabs are cut out of 1/4 inch thick steel.The kit includes 8 truly double ended studs and not simply 8 pieces of all thread. These double ended studs have fine thread on the exterior portion of the stud. The fine thread not only increases the threads per inch but size for size, a fine thread is stronger than a coarse thread. This is both in tension (because of the larger stress area) and shear (because of their larger minor diameter). Below the plate will be 8 jamb nuts to hold the stud in place and stand off the plate. Topped with a serrated under head flange nut with extreme locking power. Not only does this increase your surface area but less parts means easier install. But the kit doesn't stop there. Transfer case solutions goes the extra mile, to provide you with zinc plated double ended studs, zinc plated jamb nuts, zinc plated flange nuts, and zinc plated lock nut and bolt.
