I've been back and forth with Oakley over these sleeve nuts, but they were unable to replace them. I could not find anything on the internet to match these dimensions, so I designed my own. These replacements are plastic, but they work incredibly well, I've not needed to tighten them in 6 months of regular use. I've modified the hex hole to a slot, which a standard screwdriver will fit. Don't over tighten them, they are plastic afterall. Just let them grip firmly and you will enjoy not having to worry about visor nuts for a long time! Each pack contains 4 nuts, incase any should loosen and fall out (or if you brutalise one with your excessively strong grip). Hopefully I've saved you a headache, happy to help.
