Not working there is no cord to plug it in. The clock does turn by turning on the back of the clock. It's a very nice decorative piece unless you're looking for parts or able to work on these kind of things. The copyright is 1920 on the back and the knobs on the back turn. It appears to wind up as it normally. As far as I know it hasn't been wet and rusted and is not locked up but there's no electrical cord. The smaller dials on the front do not have hands, or turning mechinisms on the back. It appears to have been worked on at some point in it's life and not completely reassembled. The switch on the bottom front is also missing. The item is dusty and could use some cleaning.
