This is an On Course white dressage saddle pad This saddlepad is:square-quilted (1" squares) cotton and raised at the withers approx. 19-1/2" along the top, 21-1/2" at its widest point, and ~18" from centerline to bottommachine washable, but instructions say do not tumble dry. There is some light staining from use. Pad was only ever used on one horse, who never had a skin problem. Pad was laundered after each use, but never washed in bleach or with bleach-substitutes - can't promise that would remove the light staining from use, but it might well do so.
