This device is designed to protect electronic equipment from power disturbances. It has a nominal input voltage rating of 120V AC. The device limits both the peak voltage and edge-speed (frequency) of electrical transients. It uses avalanche diodes for surge protection, which are designed to take repeated hits without burning out. It utilizes a low impedance transformer and Virtual Kelvin Ground® to remove a full spectrum of conducted power line noise. Preowned and not tested. I accept returns. See pics for cosmetic condition.
