This comes in the original box and paper insert with recipes. There are two ice sizes -- course and fine - that you select by turning the knob and moving it up or down on the front. Fits my modern oster blender. Just need to insert on top of blender and make sure the sides are "locked" in place, as you would do with other attachments. Note: As with all ice crusher machines, sometimes a piece of ice needs to be run through it again. Don't insert fingers inside the machine.
