Oxidator comes with 5 parts: glass bottle silicone cap for bottle tpu star holder terracotta base small catalyst Add 3% or 6% hydrogen peroxide (food grade reccomended) to the bottle, place catalyst in peroxide, put cap on the bottle, place tpu star around neck of bottle, place bottle upside down in terracotta base and then place in 5-10 gallon fishtank. The silicone cap has self sealing holes that will slowly release tiny amounts of peroxide into the tank over the course of approx 6-10 days.
