This listing is for a lovely pair of vintage Sterling Silver candlesticks made by the Crown Silver Company, c. 1950's. The candlesticks have an embossed vertical ribbed band around the top edge and around the outside edge of the stepped base. Marked on the base "Crown, Sterling, Weighted". The Crown Silver Company was in business in New York NY from 1955-1960. Measure 3 3/4" high with a top diameter of 1 3/4" and base diameter of 3 1/4". Combined weight is 405 grams or 14.3 ounces. The candlesticks are in very good Estate condition with no major dents or dings. One of the candlesticks has a minor lean when turned in a certain position. but looking at it from another position it appears to stand straight. This is visible in our photos so please view all photos as part of description. Other than mentioned above, the candlesticks reflect only minor signs of normal wear.
