The decks are not designed to hang over the crossbeam, so the face of the crossbeam remains clear for bar code labeling, and this is a popular choice for order picking applications. These wire decks are designed to accommodate a 1 5/8” or 1 1/2” step crossbeam. Our Flat Flush decks feature a secure flush design and pre-punched TEK holes for fast and easy installation. The flat flush deck doesn't have edges that could accidentally catch an employee's hands. With flush decks, the deck depth measurement refers to the outside dimensions of the rack beams.
