It is a brown and olive green note that is dated 30 June 1981 and signed by President Ferdinand Marcos and Central Bank Governor Jaime del Carmen Laya. Its obverse side contains the ANG BAGONG LIPUNAN and PANGULO NG PILIPINAS FERDINAND E. MARCOS overprint, Filipino text, a portrait of Apolinario Mabini, and the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas seal. Its reverse side depicts the Barasoain Catholic Church in Malolos City, Bulacan. Security features include a segmented solid security thread and a watermark of Apolinario Mabini.
